Coretox is the world's first 150kDa botulinum toxin product without animal-derived component in toxin culture media and end product of HSA (human serum albumin). Coretox is a lyophilized white power for injection with a colorless transparent vial. colorless transparent solution when dissolved with saline.
For Coretox, no animal components were added to the toxin culture media during the toxin source manufacturing. Polysorbate20 and L-methionine, which are listed in the US FDA, were used as the stabilizer in lieu of human serum albumin (HSA).
As a result of eliminating the animal components, the risk of potential infection by blood-derived pathogens or infectious microorganisms were reduced for Coretox, so a higher degree of safety has been achieved.
Coretox consist with only neurotoxin as the complexing protein has been removed. In comparison with Ona-BoNTA, equivalent efficacy and safety have been discovered while using Coretox by patients with moderate to severe glabellar lines.

Usage
To temporarily improve moderate to severe glabellar wrinkles related to eyebrow wrinkles muscle (corrugator muscle) and/or procerus muscle activity in adults aged from 20 to 65.
